This Privacy Notice, along with our cookie and interest-based advertising policy, describes how Jobiste inc. (“Jobiste”, “we”, or “us”) processes your personal information (such personal information sometimes also referred to as “data”). It also describes how Jobiste protects your data, and how you can exercise your personal choices regarding your data, including how you can find out what personal information we hold about you.

Processing under this policy includes any operation or set of operations which is performed on your personal information, such as collection, storage, use, adaptation, disclosure, restriction, and/or destruction, among other activities.

This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of personal information we collect when you visit our website, use our mobile app, when we provide you our services and the processing of personal information of persons who work for companies with which we conduct (or intend to conduct) business.

About Jobiste:

Except as otherwise set out below, Jobiste is the Controller of personal information (“Controller” within the meaning of applicable data protection legislation). For greater clarity, Controller means the entity who decides why and how personal information is processed. As the Controller, Jobiste will alone or jointly with others, determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

For the efficient operation and management of our business, Jobiste Group Companies may in certain instances jointly define the purposes and means of processing personal information (in which case the Jobiste Group Companies may be defined as “joint controllers”). Examples of joint Processing activities include, but are not limited to, those related to managing our Misconduct Reporting Procedure, as well as our Economic Sanctions checks, which we do jointly with Jobiste Group Companies. Please contact us (see the section “Contact us” below) if you want to know more about these jointly-controlled processing activities or would like to receive a summary of the joint controllers’ roles and responsibilities and/or exercise your data protection rights regarding any jointly-controlled processing of your personal data.

With Whom we share your personal Data:

We may share your personal data with other entities of Jobiste, including but not limited to Zoho, Indeed, for the purposes of efficient management of business, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and to provide our Services to you (include as matching) and to our clients. We endeavour to provide you with an answer to your request in one month or less, but please note that circumstances outside our control may delay our response.
